Classic Burgers

We serve all-natural, grass-fed, hormone-free, locally-raised beef and lamb. All of our burgers are served on fresh-baked brioche buns from Dos Hermanos Bakery. Classic Burgers are served with lettuce, onion, house-made pickles and Foster sauce.

Foster: Locally raised 1/3 lb. patty*, char-grilled medium 7.5

Eat Your Greens: Baby greens, beets, cucumbers, croutons, onions, radishes, carrots. Choice of ranch, apple cider-maple vinaigrette, or seasonal dressings. 5

Fried Brussels Sprout Salad: Crispy fried Brussels sprouts dressed in a black garlic Caeser* dressing, topped with pecorino cheese and bread crumbs 9

The Wedge: Classic Iceberg salad with house-cured pork belly lardons, radish, cucumber, crispy onion straws and blue cheese crumbles. Dressed with ranch. 9

FRIES/POUTINE

Poutine: Fries with cheese curds and a dark rich gravy. Available with vegan gravy 7

Build Your Own Poutine: Same as above. Add house-cured pork belly, fried egg* or ingredients from our the toppings list 7 plus the topping price

Chili Cheese Fries: Fries smothered in chili, shredded cheddar-jack cheese, green onions, and sour cream 8

Black and White Fries: Fries with pecorino cheese, truffle oil, and our house-made squid ink aioli* 6
